- Business context — approximate monthly enquiry volume and anything you choose to share about your lead-response challenges
- Technical data — browser type, device, and approximate location (country/region) collected automatically by standard web infrastructure
We do not collect payment card details or government-issued identifiers through this website.
How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to:
- Respond to your demo request and follow up on your enquiry
- Understand your brokerage's needs ahead of a call
- Improve this website and our sales process
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Demonstration Content
This site includes scripted, illustrative previews of Pinnacle in action — including conversations attributed to "Aria" (Aurum Property Advisory, a fictional Dubai demonstration brokerage) and "Celeste" (Ashcourt Realty Group, a fictional South Florida demonstration brokerage). These previews are pre-written to demonstrate how Pinnacle works and do not represent real buyers, real conversations, or real transactions. No personal data is collected through these previews.
Aurum's live, publicly accessible demo (linked from this site) is a separate, real installation of Pinnacle. Its own privacy policy governs any conversation you have with Aria there.
Data Storage and Security
Enquiry data submitted through our contact form is transmitted securely and stored only for as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, deliver a Pinnacle installation. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to update inaccurate information
- Deletion — request erasure of your personal data
- Withdrawal — withdraw consent to be contacted at any time

- Supabase — secure database storage for client installations
- n8n — workflow automation for lead routing and broker alerts

Each provider operates under its own data protection policies and applicable data protection law.
International Clients
SIIF & Co. works with brokerages in multiple markets, including the UAE and the United States. Where we install Pinnacle for a specific client, that client's own privacy practices and any applicable local real estate or data protection regulation govern the handling of their buyers' data — this policy covers only siifandco.com itself.
